ELYXION

Privacy Notice

Last updated: 2 September 2026

This notice describes how Elyxion uses information submitted on the public waitlist. It reflects the product as implemented today. It is not a claim of certification under GDPR or any other regime.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we store:

  • Your name
  • Your work email
  • Your business name
  • Optional: what you want Elyxion to help with
  • Whether you agreed to waitlist processing
  • Optional marketing-update preference
  • Referral code used, if you joined through someone's invite
  • The time you joined

We also generate a unique invite code for you and keep a record of businesses that later join through that link.

How we use it

We use this information to:

  • Record that you joined the Elyxion waitlist
  • Attribute referrals and calculate launch rewards
  • Email you when Elyxion launches, if you remain eligible and have not unsubscribed
  • Send optional product updates only if you opted in

Waitlist registration does not create an Elyxion product account.

Storage

Records are stored in Elyxion's Supabase database. Public visitors cannot list or read other people's waitlist registrations.

Launch email and unsubscribe

The waitlist exists so we can tell you when Elyxion is available. Launch notification is part of joining. If a launch email is sent in the future, it will include a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops further launch and marketing emails for that registration.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell waitlist information
  • We do not use invasive device fingerprinting for referrals
  • We do not treat a page view or link click as a completed signup
